About ITIL® v3 Intermediate

Prerequisites - Should have completed ITIL v3 Foundation

Intermediate level Certification in:

  1. Service Strategy (SS)
  2. Service Design (SD)
  3. Service Transition (ST)
  4. Service Operation (SO)
  5. Continual Service Improvement (CSI)

Each module requires 3 days of training and is followed by an Online Examination for awarding ITIL® Intermediate Certification.
