Case studies based practical Project Management workshop:

This workshop is fully based on case study & hands on experience with the application. Participants would familiarize with MS Project & begin to planning their projects in Project. The course is based upon the best practices of project management based on PMBOK® 6th Edition from PMI®. There are no pre-requisites, and anybody in the below role, in any industry or domain can attend this workshop.
