ITIL® v4 2019 Foundation & Intermediate Level Certification

The purpose of the these exam preparation in IT Service Management is to certify that the candidate has gained knowledge of the ITIL® best practices, terminology, structure and concepts and has comprehended the core principles for Service Management.

On 28 February 2019 ITIL v4 is being launched. The ITIL 4 Foundation certification is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4 and enables candidates to look at IT Service Management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.

Details of the ITIL® v4 Foundation Exam

About ITIL® v4 Intermediate

Prerequisites - Should have completed ITIL v4 Foundation

Intermediate level Certification in:

  1. Service Strategy (SS)
  2. Service Design (SD)
  3. Service Transition (ST)
  4. Service Operation (SO)
  5. Continual Service Improvement (CSI)

Each module requires 3 days of training and is followed by an Online Examination for awarding ITIL® Intermediate Certification.
